Twilight Fan Fiction: TA's Continue the Saga Contest

Last week, Twilighter's Anonymous ran a contest: write a synopsis (300 words or less) for a 5th book in the Twilight Saga. A title was also required.

I spent a lot of time thinking about it and planning out little details that didn't even make it into the synopsis (such as what town the Cullens would move to), but it was a lot of fun and well worth the effort. I won first place!

Here is my entry: http://www.mooberrydreams.com/Blog%20Files/GoldenHour.pdf

I will have more fan fiction to share in a few days. Twilight Novel Novice's March/April Challenge ends today and I have entered two stories for it. There should be a new Twilighter's Anonymous Twibble quote soon, too.

UPDATE (5/28/09):
First prize for this contest was a "Vampires Welcome" sign from The Twilight Shop. It arrived yesterday!!

Twilight Scrapbook: Robert Pattinson + Edward Cullen

Yes, another layout dedicated to Robert Pattinson. There are very few photos of him that I actually like when he's not made up like Edward Cullen. The out-of-control hair doesn't do it for me. :-) But I wanted 2 layouts to show him as the actor and him as the character. These two pages will face each other in the album. I'm not sure yet if this will go in the Twilight section or the Misc section. It will depend on whether I do similar layouts for the other books, if the look of the character changes much.

These were created with Photoshop Elements 5.0 using paper from from Elash's Edward kit.

Twilight Fan Fiction: TA's April Twibble Contest

Today I have a little Twilight Fan Fiction to share. I submitted this for Twilighters Anonymous's Twibble contest. What is a Twibble? It's a short piece of writing - 250 words or less - that must include a certain quote and relate to the Twilight universe.

For April's contest, the quote to be used was: "It's too bad about the snow, isn't it?" - Edward Cullen, Twilight, Page 47

Twilight Scrapbook: GQ Outtakes

This is an 8.5x11 digital layout created with PSE 5.0. I have the article about Robert Pattinson from the April issue of GQ in my album and this layout will go with that article. Overall a very boring layout - just created for the eye candy. :-)
